Give it a minute — access is granted only after your bank confirms the payment with the gateway, and that confirmation can lag. Refresh your library page. If it is still missing after an hour, email us with the reference number from the payment confirmation page and we will grant access manually.

Download links expire about a minute after they are created, on purpose. Go back to your library and press Download again — it costs nothing extra as long as you have downloads remaining.

Each product includes a set number of downloads, shown on its page. If you lost your files to a phone reset or a dead laptop, email us and we will top you up. The limit is there to discourage bulk redistribution, not to punish accidents.

The material is unlocked only for the account that bought it, access is checked on every download, and each download link expires within about a minute. Please keep it to yourself — sharing purchased material is not allowed and can lead to your access being withdrawn.

If you have not downloaded anything yet, yes — within 7 days. Once files are downloaded they cannot be returned, so those are not refundable. Payment failures, double charges and access problems are always refunded in full. See the refund policy for the detail.

It depends on the exam. Where the paper is set bilingually, so is the material. The language is stated on every product page before you buy.
